Each package of Kinesio Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape includes a single-use, customizable set of latex-free, hypoallergenic pre-cut tape strips and application instructions.

Kinesio Tape fibers are designed to stretch longitudinally up to 40 to 60% of their resting length. (A 10-inch strip of Kinesio Tex Tape will stretch to 14 to 16 inches in total length).
