Great bag sealers
These machines and tape are so reasonably priced by the case and they arrived fast. Our group had three at first to seal bags stuffed with a napkin, plastic ware, salt, pepper and a bib. Once they tried them we had to get more. All 13 worked great, never any issue with them.

FindTape FELT-06 Polyester Felt Tape [1mm thick]
I used this felt tape to fix my car panel. The soft edge that rubs against the window had rotted away from sun exposure and the window would not go down. I removed the door panel, cleaned it and added this felt tape. Window works great now and I saved myself over $500 for new door panels from the Honda dealer! Still have extra felt tape for another project, not sure what yet!!!

unusual use for tape
Scapa 425 Pro-Grade Gaffers Tape
I am a roller derby skater, and our skates usually get torn up on the track. We pay good money for our skates and would prefer to protect them from scuffs and damage. The usual way is with duct tape- which can come off on the floor, leaves residue and needs many many layers. The solution to my dilemma has been this brand of gaffers tape. It doesn't get torn up as easily, it leaves very little residue (as long as you don't leave it in the heat and allow the adhesive to melt and cool) and it lasts much longer on my skates with fewer layers. In the end my skates are more natural looking and they are protected. I recommend this tape to all derby girls.

I find many uses for this product but settling in the air conditioner is the most common - also keeping cabinets closed (house with animals) binding heavy boxes - all kinds of uses where strong tape is required - difficult to find in Canada (if you are not a contractor) fo use the web. Inexpensive and lasts a long time

I usually get the ATG gold variety, and ordered this by accident. It definitely serves its purpose, and the price was right. Compared to the Gold version, it doesn't release as cleanly. It leaves a scraggly edge that will sometimes release beyond where you'd like it to. Once you get used to the way it performs, and take it into account as you're using it, its just fine. I'd buy it again.

Scapa 174 Double-Sided Cloth Carpet Tape
Originally used to hold paper targets on Archery stop. Works to my expectation. Have also used it for binding "no slip" carpet backing to runners throughout the house; works great and was quite east to install. Tip: separating the vinyl cover from the tap is very difficult (just getting a corner up is the tough part...peeling it off is easy). Suggest keeping a short overlap with the vinyl and the tape so you can remove the tape from the roll at the same time you strip the vinyl backing..then you cut the tape (not the backing) ...just put a piece of paper between the tape and the backing that is on the roll; that way it is easy to separate the backing next time you need a segment of tape from the roll.
