I use this tape specifically to tape my thumbs for Olympic weightlifting. The flexibility allows a nicely contoured fit without cutting off circulation and the weave of the tape makes it durable enough for 2-hour training sessions and to only have to tape up once for an entire weightlifting meet. Tears off the roll easily and the adhesive seems to handle both hot and cold conditions well without getting messed up from sitting in my gym bag in a hot or cold car I have no real complaints about this tape other than, if you try to rip it lengthwise to make narrower strips, it frays quite quickly, but realistically, that's not a negative.

Only problem is the removing of the film. Should had got the paper. Wish I could trade out the film for the paper. Only problem that I have is the film.

We use the 14 mil by 3" wide tape on rental sups and it is a must. Far superior to the cheaper 8 mil tape the sup companies push. Thicker wider tape means better protection. Good stuff but takes a few boards to perfect the method so end product lucks professional

Used to buy cases of duct tape to install vinyl pool liners. Got tired of cleaning the residue off the liner. Found this tape and may never use duct tape again. Excellent performance. Perfect amount of adhesion. We were even able to stick it to a liner completely under water pull a wrinkle out peel the tape and reuse the same piece two more times. And virtually no more residue.

I use this tape for Olympic lifting and it is a life saver for the hook grip. The only thing I will mention, is the black tape seems a bit thicker/harder to tear.

I had read the previous reviews about using the 1/4 inch tape in this tape gun and that there were some fit issues but that it did work. It does, just not as well as I had hoped.

We use this product to differentiate hundreds of small bins by color. Each color represents a day of the week. It's perfect for us because we can cut what we need, take it off and put it back on and it remains sticky, and we can write on it. It's a good value for our use.
